These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Rufino Carpentry website, estimate and communication services, and any internal tools used to manage Rufino Carpentry's advertising accounts.

Website and Advertising Tool Use

Our website and internal Google Ads management tool are intended for legitimate Rufino Carpentry business purposes. Authorized access to Google services is used to review, analyze, create, update, and manage advertising activity for accounts the authorized user has permission to access.

Google Authorization

Use of features connected to Google may require authorization through Google OAuth. Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to grant access to the applicable Google Ads account. Access can be revoked through Google Account security settings.

Scope of Work

For carpentry and home-improvement services, only work listed in the approved written estimate or service agreement is included. Additional work requires approval and may result in additional charges.

Estimates and On-Site Consultations

Estimates based on clear photos, measurements, and project details sent remotely may be provided at no charge. When an on-site consultation is required, any applicable visit fee and credit toward an approved project will be communicated before the visit.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, standard projects require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance upon completion. Accepted payment methods and any applicable processing fees are stated in the estimate or service agreement.

Hidden Conditions and Change Orders

Concealed damage, structural issues, moisture, code requirements, site conditions, or customer-requested changes may require a revised scope, schedule, and price. Additional work will not be included unless agreed upon.

Materials and Scheduling

Material selections, responsibilities, and estimated scheduling are stated in the applicable project agreement. Dates may change because of material availability, weather, access, unforeseen site conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Warranty

Any project-specific warranty is described in the approved estimate or service agreement. Warranty coverage does not extend beyond the terms stated for the specific project.

Privacy

Use of personal information and Google-authorized data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest update date.
