Scope of Work

Only work listed in the approved written estimate is included. Additional work requires written approval.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, standard projects require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance upon completion. Card payments may include a processing fee.

Hidden Conditions

Concealed damage, structural issues, moisture or code requirements may require a revised scope and price.

Materials and Scheduling

Material selections, responsibilities and estimated scheduling are stated in the project agreement. Dates may change because of availability, weather or site conditions.

Warranty and Changes

Project-specific warranty and change-order terms appear in the approved estimate or service agreement.
